Exchange and returns

If a defect is found in a product, the buyer has the right to:
- exchange for the same product if it is available in the online store;
- exchange for another product with recalculation of the purchase price;
- to receive reimbursement for the correction of deficiencies of the goods by presenting the relevant checks;
- return the goods to the seller and get paid for it;

Exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
In case of exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality, delivery is paid by the online store.
Refund occurs after the seller has received the goods within 3 business days to the account from which the payment was made.

In the case when the product does not fit the size / shape / color, the buyer has the right to:
- exchange for the same product if it is available in the online store;
- exchange for another product with recalculation of the purchase price;
- return the goods to the seller and get paid for it;

Exchange / return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as the facts confirming the purchase of the specified goods are provided.
Exchange / return of goods of good quality is carried out within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

In the case of exchange / return of goods of good quality, delivery is paid by the buyer.
